Shipping Policy
Delivery within 3 to 5 working days in Metropolitan France upon validation of the order. Delivery is free over 45 euros of purchase. During the Christmas and New Year holidays, the delivery time may exceptionally be extended. In order to guarantee you an optimal product quality, during the summer and in periods of high temperature (>22°C), the shipment may be delayed and is carried out when temperatures have dropped. We will of course inform you of any delays as soon as possible. In case of high temperatures, Maison Bonange reserves the right to postpone or cancel your order, subject to your agreement, particularly in the event of a heat wave.
Exchange and Return Policy
Maison Bonange informs you that in accordance with article L 121-20-2 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products which, "due to their nature, cannot be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly", which is the case for chocolate.
